Why Alpha Cards is flagged as a scam

If they already have people to cashout their cards all around the world, why would they sell their funds for a fraction of their value instead of just taking them ? Also they use proof images seen on many scam sites, without any proof paper that it's their own installation (spoiler: it's not, google image)
