Visiting This Site Over Tor
Given the subject matter of this site, some readers reasonably visit it using Tor Browser. If you do, our hosting provider’s standard access logs will typically show a Tor exit relay’s IP address rather than your own, which is expected and not something we treat any differently from a normal visit. We don’t attempt to de-anonymize visitors, and we have no reason to.
Analytics
We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages get read and how the site is performing, primarily aggregate numbers like page views rather than individually identifiable profiles.
